Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Note: During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times & Fees
Standard shipping: estimated delivery time of 5 to 12 business days
Maximum delivery time: up to 30 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and the chosen delivery method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can follow your package using the link provided in that email.
Address Errors
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us within 2 days at:

After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that the address can be modified.
Delivery Delays
OSSIA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages
OSSIA is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received anything, please contact the carrier directly.
